I understand that exhibitor space is not confirmed until the application is approved and full payment is received. I agree to comply with all venue, safety, fire, accessibility, and event regulations.I understand that the exhibitor is responsible for all shipping, handling, setup, staffing, sales, taxes, permits, insurance, and removal of exhibit materials.I understand that all products, services, signage, demonstrations, and promotional activities must remain within the assigned exhibit space unless otherwise approved.I understand that PMA reserves the right to reject or remove any exhibit, product, material, or activity that is inconsistent with the Summit’s purpose or professional standards.I understand that exhibitors may not share, transfer, or sublet exhibit space without written approval from PMA.I understand that exhibit space, sponsorship benefits, and exhibitor registrations are subject to the terms of the selected package.I understand that cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be handled according to the published exhibitor cancellation policy.I authorize the Pilates Method Alliance to use the company name, logo, photographs, and approved company description for Summit marketing and event materials.I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the Summit and may be used by PMA for promotional and educational purposes.I certify that the information submitted in this application is accurate.
