Research Forum Interest Form

The PMA Research Committee is looking for researchers who want to be involved in the 2026 research Forum any of these three ways: 1. Be a discussion panelist (1 hour): the forum facilitator will lead a 1-hour group discussion about types of research, areas of research that are well and underrepresented, researchers' current topics of interest, etc. We're looking for 5 panelists max. 2. Be a research presenter (10 minute presentation with a 5 minute q & a): present a brief overview of your most recent published research (example: a short 8-10 powerpoint presentation works well) for no more than 10 minutes, with a 5 minute question. We're looking for 4 panelists max. 3. Be a breakout room facilitators (30 minutes):  we're looking for 3 break out room facilitators to lead a brainstorming session with attendees. Pick a basic research topic (example: George is 70 with a mobile kyphosis due to 50 years of competitive crew racing. What measure can we make over time to see if Pilates improves his posture) and lead attendees through the hypothetical research process from hypothesis, lit review, methods, data collection, etc.
